Hello My mytiergo has the same gap. My issue is that the rear wheel makes a whizzing sound. Maybe something is in contact with side of the wheel( maybe the brake is too tight) when it drives. I don't know how to repair it. No reply from customer service. Does anyone know how to fix this?
